Member Track

Member Track makes it easy for you to register, badge and track the members or your organization. Create member ID cards with photos or issue temporary paper passes using the included ID Flow badge design software. Record member history and facility usage at entrances using networked check-in stations or handheld scanners. See a member's records for verification. Access policies can be set and a turnstile may be triggered to unlock. Secure network data-sharing and reporting allows for centralized management of the software. Use with existing systems across multiple locations.

Fast Registration
Use attended registration stations or allow members to self-register at kiosks. The step-by-step registration process is easy for anyone to use and understand. Enter data and capture photos, signatures and fingerprints. Check for duplicate records automatically.

Track Entry and Set Policies
Use the check-in function or kiosk stations to record each time a member enters the facility. Scan a barcode, magnetic stripe or contactless card. Set access policies by date, time, location, member type, expiration date or number of entries. Capture additional information during check-in such as which class a member is attending or a fee paid. Check in members remotely using the Scan Station version.

Configurable Member Database
Select one of the pre-configured databases or easily connect to your existing database. Define database fields that pertain to your situation. Layout fields using drag-and-drop tools, create drop-down lists, set default values and auto-format data. Import records from Excel, CSV files or other databases.

Issue Professional Member Badges/ID Cards
Design professional ID cards using an integrated version of the ID Flow card design software. Choose from more than 20 barcode types and encode magnetic stripes. Print cards automatically after registration. Set rules to prevent duplicate badging.

Full Reporting Capabilities
Create detailed logs,breports and charts. Look up records by entering personal information and print replacement cards. View and print usage reports. Show facility usage by hour, day and month with customizable charts.

  • 2 GB RAM and 100 MB free disk space
  • Member Track software
  • Datacard CD800 table-top card printer for ID cards or Dymo label printer for hall passes
  • Optional photo capture: digital camera or webcam
  • Optional data capture: Drivers license scanner: SnapShell IDR ID reader or Tokenworks IDWedge ID scanner
