Photo ID Systems -
PCS offers professional expertise when needing to develop or replace an identification system.  There are three basic components to consider when building a reliable system.  The software is determined based on how many users and where sensitive data needs to be stored.  The camera should be selected dependent upon how you wish to capture and save your photos.  The card printer is configured to accommodate any or all optional features used with your card program.  Along with the ID System, we offer a Visitor Manager module that tracks and offers detailed reports on people entering and leaving your facility.

Plastic Cards -

Asset Tracking Systems -
Asset and personnel tracking is accomplished by using Radio Frequency Identification technology.  Our system allows you to monitor assets throughout your facility.  You will have the ability to lock doors and/or sound an alarm should a person attempt to leave your facility with an asset that has not been linked to them.  We also provide systems for Vehicle Tracking.

Accessories & Supplies -
PCS offers authentic supplies for all major brand printers.  We also can provide a variety of accessories to help you compliment or distinguish your card program for others.  Supplies are not limited to plastic card printers as we now offer supplies for all major laserjet/inkjet printer manufacturers.

Embossing & Imprinting Systems -
PCS offers all of the components to maintain and continue using the proven method of tracking patient admissions and procedures.  The NBS embosser has proven itself to be a reliable system for centralized registration.  PCS offers the leading manufacturers imprinters to be used with embossing processes.

Bar Code Patient Label Systems -
PCS has an intermediate solution for facilities needing to initiate a bar coding identification system.  The Patient ID XPRESS can co-exist with many processes currently in place and can be implemented facility wide at the sole discretion and direction of the project manager.
