Maintenance Programs:

At Plastic Card Solutions, our commitment does not stop when we ship you the finished product. We offer a variety of service maintenance options to fit the needs and requirements of our customers and to maximize uptime. Below is a brief description of some of those options.

With the purchase of an annual Service Agreement, our customers have the comfort of knowing their equipment is covered for any service repair including periodic preventive maintenance inspections throughout the duration of the agreement. We can customize this agreement to meet your specific needs.

When a customer experiences a problem they place a call to PCS. A local technician is dispatched to perform on-site service. Standard on-site service is available Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. On-site service coverage can be provided under an Annual Maintenance Agreement or on a Time & Material basis. Our response time is second to none. Our technicians have more experience than anyone in the industry. This knowledge will prove to be a tremendous asset, allowing you to greatly minimize your down time.

PCS also offers a depot repair program. To obtain service through the depot repair program simply contact PCS to request RA # (Return Authorization Number). After receiving the RA#, the customer must properly box and ship the defective unit to PCS with a detailed description of the problem. To avoid potential shipping damage, we recommend that the defective unit be shipped using its original packaging.

If a customer does not take advantage of an annual Service Agreement service can still be obtained on a Time & Material basis. With Time & Material service, the customer is responsible to pay for each service call performed. Charges may include onsite labor hours, travel hours portal to portal including all travel expenses (mileage, parking and tolls), and parts.
