EnviroCards is the realized vision of a responsible manufacturer with the goal of keeping billions of plastic cards out of the country's landfills.

A new process was developed to take typical scrap rates related to plastic card production and reduce them to nothing. This process is used to manufacture envirocards which are made from a blend of both pre-consumer and post-consumer recycled materials.

The second tier of this plan is getting card program managers and consumers to do their part in recycling plastic cards to collectively reduce the waste going into our landfills. Learn more

Applications

• Composite Cards
  Composite cards are manufactured with a polyester core. They are high durability cards that are used for applications that require constant swiping or scanning.
• Proximity Cards
  Prox Cards have an antenna in the card and are used primarily in access control applications.
• Graphics Quality Cards
  These cards are used for most Photo ID applications.
• Magnetic Stripe Cards
  Mag stripe cards come with either two or three tracks, and with low or high coercivity levels.
• Pre-printed Cards
  Pre-printed cards can be litho-printed or silk screened cards that are produced to your artwork specifications.
• Embossing Cards
  Embossing cards, used in plastic card embossers, produce a raised white display of the embossed information.
• EnviroCards
  An affordable earth-friendly plastic card that is made from a blend of pre- and/or post-consumer recycled plastic.
